I wanted to have enhancement procedures for a long time but was a little worried about whether I could trust the company that I decided to go with, in the end I chose Radiance Personified and I was delighted with how it turned out. I booked a lip filler treatment with Julie, who offers also the amazing service of a home visit which I opted for with having small children, rather than to visit her salon. She arrived on time, super reassuring, professional and very very helpful at every stage of the procedure- before, during and after. Considering having filler treatment is on the more painful side of treatment- I can honestly say there was very little discomfort, she ensured analgesic cream was working really beautifully and topped up half way through as well and this made for a much more comfortable experience. The after care is first class, even providing an aftercare pack and the ability to contact at any point if necessary for any questions or concerns and would re visit to make any adjustments if necessary. The aftercare support has made the healing process post treatment far better and a very positive result. I most certainly will book Julie for any further treatments in the future. I’ve been having regular B12 injections with Julie due to low energy and bloods confirmed B12 low. I opted for injections as I’m rubbish at taking vitamins etc regularly!
Julie explains everything, ensures everything is clean and as it should be and performs the injection smoothly.

I am VERY particular about beauty treatment/consultants and I’m not from the area so read all the info (reviews etc) on Julie I could before deciding to book with her or someone local to me. Well, all I can say is I will be travelling the 180 odd miles for treatments just with her – she is AMAZING and I guarantee you wont find anyone friendlier,calmer or more professional. This is a great asset to Crewe. It is spotless and modern. I have used the sunbeds and they are extremely hygienic. Goggles, deodorants and wet wipes for customer use are supplied.
I had a microneedling treatment with a focus round my eye area by Julie. She is a nurse practitioner so I felt confident in her hands . I am really pleased with the results.
Julie also contacted me 24 hours after my treatment to check everything was fine. Excellent customer care.
Overall, 5 stars for friendly helpful staff, beautifully clean and hygienic premises and price point is extremely competitive.
